We are securing kitchens and finalizing our schedule for the Cooking a World of Wellness Festival in January and our cooking, gardening, and STEAM )Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Steam) afterschool programming for kids from Tuesday – Thursday.  starting at the beginning of the year. By December 1  you  will be able to sign up, register, buy classes, memberships and gift cards right in time for the holiday season .

Epicurean Decadence: Lobster, Caviar, Truffles, and Champagne!

Epicurean is defined as a connoisseur of food and wine. Come enjoy the ultimate in gastronomical delights. The best that food has to offer will be the basis of this class. Dishes prepared will have lobster, caviar, truffles, and champagne as the central ingredient.  Some of the recipes we will create are Tostones with Sour Cream and Caviar, Lobster Quesadillas with Tarragon and Cheddar Port with Corn Salsa, Lobster with Vanilla Butter Sauce, Risotto with Parmesan and Black Truffles, Carrots with Champagne and Dill, Champagne Cake with Strawberries, and Kir Royale to name a few. Indulge in the best that life has to offer. You deserve it because you only live once.
