Blend all ingredients in a blender until they are completely smooth.
If required, add more warm water to thin the sauce until it is spoonable.
Add salt and pepper to taste (a little at a time), combine once more, and then taste.
If more salt and pepper are required, do so. depending on how much sauce you want, serves
2 tablespoons of sauce are made in about 1/2 cup or one serving.
If you want additional sauce, double it!
